Work experience is one of the main elements of the Transition Year Programme and gives students very useful exposure to the working life. It also helps students to determine whether a particular occupation or industry may be of interest as a career.
We would like to thank all the employers who provide meaningful work on this basis and a large variety of placements.
The benefits of work experience to our students include increased confidence, organisational and communication skills gained in a working environment.
